Vanilla being one of the most popular flavors in the world made an infusion with our honey an obvious combination. Our vanilla-infused honey is made with fresh Madagascar vanilla beans and pure unpasteurized Eastern Ontario honey. The resulting vanilla honey flavor is deep, rich, and oh so smooth. Our vanilla-infused honey is best enjoyed after a 3 week infusion.
How do we use it?
Drizzled over fruit, yogurt, and desserts. Added to hot teas, hot chocolate, and cocktails.
