Refund policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Our policy for in-store purchases allows for an exchange or store credit providing it is within 14 days of the purchase date.  Your receipt or gift receipt MUST be presented to process your exchange or store credit.  Items must be in original condition (unworn/unused), with tags and packaging attached.  Final sale items are listed below.

ONLINE PURCHASES:

Should you be interested in a return or exchange, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to stop by the shop OR initiate a return by emailing us at giftitgray@gmail.com.  Please do not send items back in the mail without first initiating a desire to do so.  You will receive instructions by email on how to proceed with your return.  Returns or exchanges are subject to a store credit only.  Items must be in original condition, tags on and original packaging intact. Final sale items are listed below.

If items were picked up in-store, you have 14 days from the date of the email stating your order was ready for pickup, NOT the pickup date.  Items must be in original condition (unworn/unused), with tags and packaging attached.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE: GIFT CARDS, JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES, BODY PRODUCTS, FOOD/CANDY, COFFEE, TEA, SEASONAL & SALE ITEMS.
