Shipping policy

We offer shipping across Canada as well as in-store pickup within our operating hours. In the event of a Canada Post strike, we will only be sending out packages using couriers.

Shipping to the United States via our website is currently suspended due to changes made to tariffs as of August 28/25. HOWEVER, if you are interested in placing an order, please call the store at 613-756-1832 and ask for Alison or email us at giftitgray@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you get the items you would like. 

Pickup

We try to have orders ready for pick up within 24-48 hours of placement, although often orders will be ready same day. We will send you an email once your order is ready for pickup and you will receive instructions on how to pick up your order. Please note we are closed on Sundays, Mondays and most statutory holidays.

Shipping

We utilize Canada Post or Purolator for our shipping across Canada & Canada Post for the United States. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  Canadian orders over $175 will receive free shipping.  Customers are responsible for any duty and/or import fees.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you select the shipping option that does not provide tracking, Gift It Gray is not responsible for the loss of your order.

IN THE EVENT OF A POSTAL STRIKE, WE WILL USE COURIERS EXCLUSIVELY.  DURING A STRIKE, WE WILL ALSO PAUSE SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (this does not include Sundays or statutory holidays).  Orders should arrive within 7-10 days, although delays may occur.  We are currently open Monday to Saturday.

Please note that some of our products are not shipping-friendly so they are only available for store pickup. This will be stated in the product description and in checkout. Sorry for any inconvenience.
