Is there a more famous or exciting chilli out there? We think not, which is why we had to make a jam using the Scotch Bonnet. This chilli is such an integral ingredient in a lot of Caribbean and West African cooking and we’re delighted to have captured the intense heat but sweet and tropical flavour in this chilli jam.
We combine the Scotch Bonnet chillies with apple cider vinegar, sugar and pectin to make this super hot chilli jam. No other chillies or peppers are added- all the flavour comes from the Scotch Bonnet.

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Ingredients: Sugar, Scotch bonnet chillies, cider vinegar, natural pectin. Prepared with 27g chillies per 100g, total sugars 54g per 100g.
